VASSA brings together the initials of two generations of one family, shaped by common values. It also draws from Vas, the Hindi word for dwelling: a place you return to, your roots, your home.

Coffee has always been that place for us. The cup that begins the morning. The familiar pause in the day. Over time, it became a constant.

Our coffee beans come from Chikmagalur, where coffee has been grown for generations, deeply connected to the land. Roasted at origin, our blends carry these Indian roots into your everyday cup.

We work with expert roasters because skill matters. We roast in small batches because freshness matters more. Our hope is simple: to share coffee that is easy to return to.

Keep your coffee as whole beans and grind just before brewing for a fresher cup. No coffee machine or grinder at home? Ask a nearby café to grind your beans for a moka pot, then brew them at home.

Find your balance.

Enjoy either blend as cold brew, with milk, or black. Use your favourite brewer, including a moka pot, and adjust to your taste.

Keep it close.

Store sealed, somewhere cool and dry, away from heat and sunlight. Return to it tomorrow.
